Requirements and Availability

In recognition of the MSU Health Protocols, the MSU Tech Store will have limited capacity in the store space during shopping hours. You can learn more about MSU commitment to keeping campus safe by clicking here:  https://msu.edu/together-we-will/.

It’s our goal to help every Spartan that comes through our doors. To keep us all safe, the staff would like to share some commitments to the community as well as address some requirements of our customers.

Hours and Availability:

  • Monday through Friday:
    • 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.:  Open to the public

Our commitment to Spartans:

  • In-store pick-up of products
  • Fast, ad-hoc purchases
  • Walk-up Help Desk for immediate consultations
  • Repair service partnerships reengaged to help with fixing your computers
  • Shipping OFF campus through the standard cost (Shipping costs: $30 for computers, $15 for accessories, $15 per monitor)
    • This option must be selected by the customer during checkout

What we require from our customers:

  • Wear a mask at all times in the Tech Store if you have not been vaccinated
  • We will be wiping surfaces often throughout our hours of operation
    • Mind our dust as we work to keep you safe in the MSU Tech Store
  • Try to place your order at https://techstore.msu.edu for pick up (you can also call us at (517) 432-0700 with questions about building an order).  
  • Try to do your consultation online through Zoom and Teams with our consultative team
