Designed for work teams of up to 10 users, the HP LaserJet Pro 4001dw is a wireless high-speed smart printer built for demanding environments. With no warmup time, the printer is always ready. Moreover, get productivity in the palm of your hand. Print, scan, and get time-saving shortcuts for common tasks with the HP Smart app for iOS and Android. The 4001dw prints up to 42 ppm in black, in 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution, and it supports automatic two-sided printing. The printer features a 100-sheet multipurpose tray and a 250-sheet standard input tray. An optional 550-sheet third tray is also supported.

Print management for your enterprise can be centralized. With built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity, one or more 4001dw units can be managed from the cloud and from a single dashboard. The necessary management applications can be downloaded by your IT team from the HP website. The built-in, self-heal Wi-Fi also ensures that interruptions are prevented by intelligently looking for the best connection to stay online. You can also manage your security settings. There are preconfigured settings right out of the box, plus you can add a layer of security, set configuration policies, and validate settings. Additionally, a PIN/pull option authenticates your print jobs only when you're present.

The 4001dw comes with a single toner cartridge. Supported replacement cartridges include the HP 148A Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (2900 pages) and the 148X Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge (9500 pages). Additional cartridges can be delivered directly to you by HP when you need them if you subscribe to the toner delivery service.
