WARRANTY POLICY

We stand by our products. Each one is made using durable materials and checked for quality before shipping. Thread products are made to help you Carry On, which is why we have a one-year warranty on most of our products. If an item is defective, you may qualify for a one-time replacement.

WHAT DOESN'T COUNT AS DEFECTIVE?

• Products that have been stretched out or worn due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day-to-day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement.
• Mystery products and final sale items found on our "Sales" page are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be ineligible for replacement.
• Wallets that were included in an order for promotional reasons, awarded as a giveaway item, or purchased as part of a monthly drop are not eligible for replacement. Often, these wallets are released in limited quantities and when the designs are gone, we cannot offer a replacement.
