• Once you have placed your order with the MSU Tech Store, and the purchase order has been sent to Dell, your order will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE.
• We recommend extra diligence in confirming your funding and computer configurations before submitting your order.

Purchasing Instructions:

1. Click here to proceed to the Dell Premier Site.
2. After entering your email, you will be asked to click to redirect through the Okta SSO
3. You can browse and create an E-quote
4. To create a custom E-Quote, start at the Shop button in the upper-left
5. Build your computer using the drop-down selections
6. When proceeding to checkout, you will see a button that says, Save E-Quote
7. Look for your E-Quote number towards the top-left of the screen
8. IMPORTANT - do NOT progress to Checkout on the Dell screen
9. Return to the Tech Store page here and add your item to cart
10. Continue through Checkout until you arrive at Shipping Information
11. At the bottom of the page, fill in your E-Quote number and the price of your equipment before taxes
12. Continue to your payment window

Departments purchases - remember that your final receipt will not have taxes applied!

For Departments, put your E-Quote number on your Kuali requisition as the stock number, or enter it into the Tech Store online order system.
